1. Retail Product Sales

  • All retail product sales, including lotions, eyewear, teeth-whitening kits and skincare/SPF products, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on retail products unless the item you received is damaged or defective.
  • In the event of a damaged or defective retail product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product and will arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Services

  • Services provided by Sun Seekers Tanning are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of the service date.
  • Our team will work with you to understand your concerns and assess whether a refund, credit, or other resolution is appropriate based on the unique circumstances of your service.
